Joint Meeting of Outgoing and Incoming Executive Committees (2023.2025 & 2025.2027)

A joint meeting between the outgoing Executive Committee (2023–2025) and the incoming Executive Committee (2025–2027) of FIPMO was successfully held at Holiday Inn Express, Naxal.

The meeting served as an important transitional platform to ensure continuity of leadership and institutional knowledge within the organization. It brought together both outgoing and incoming committee members to reflect on past achievements and outline priorities for the upcoming term.

Key discussions included the formal handover and takeover of key leadership roles, including Chairperson, Secretary General, and Treasurer positions. The meeting also reviewed FIPMO’s five thematic pillars and strategic approaches to guide future activities and planning.
